SSSLLLLEEEEPPPP!!!!!!


In case you can't read...or understand words, Jenna's Jought of the day is sleep. Ahhhh, La Sleep. Its a beautiful thing to be able to lay down after a long days work and relax...and also being unconscious isn't half bad either. I'm not saying that sleep will turn you into Sleeping Beauty like the picture/movie...but it never hurts to try! There are so many things that I love about sleep. Its a fun activity the whole family can do, and anyone can do it. For those of you out there that aren't as swift when it comes to sleep like the rest of us, here are 5 tips on how to sleep GOOD:

1. Wear something comfy. If your comfy, life is good, and it just feels nice. Wearing something to bed like jeans or a bra just doesn't feel right, you know wha' im sayin'?!

2. Make sure your pillows are fluffy. Fluffy pillows = happy sleeper. Happy sleeper = better human being. Awwww.

3. DON'T FORGET TO PRAY!!! Prayer is a wonderful thing, there is no question about it. God wants us to pray to Him, even as we head off to dreamland. You can even ask Him to ease your mind and give you a full nights rest. Jesus cares about your sleeping too!

4. Lay down! Its proven that laying down is the single most effective way to sleep more than standing up. When you stand up to sleep, you will fall and most likely kill yourselves, especially if you fall down the stairs. Unless your a horse or a donkey, don't sleep standing up.

5. zzzzzzzz. That means that your probably sleeping now...and if not, when in doubt, count something exotic like sheep or numbers.
